Microsoft windows phone 7.8, the next version of the WP7 of platform, is arriving in beginning 2013, the company declared Wed.

The news disproves a latest gossip that placed the discharge for November 28, though Microsoft did post a writing exposing the actual launch time on that day.

In the post, Microsofts says the Microsoft windows phone 7.8 upgrade is arriving to WP7.5 devices, but that there will also be new devices released with the new OS, mostly at lower prices.

The post also refers to several of the most important (and mostly already publicized) new features in 7.8, such as resizable Live Flooring, dual the number of concept and feature shades (now amassing 20), Bing-adorned secure screen and — lastly — the ability to set up a PIN/password that defends random clearing off of gadgets linked with Exchange records.

The upgrade likely will not be available to all customers at once. Microsoft says it’s working carefully with its components and service provider associates to bring it to “as many gadgets as possible” in beginning 2013.
